• CNC MACHINE PROGRAMMER

Lathe, VTL, 3 Axis Mill, 5 Axis Mill, Wire EDM, Sinker EDM Mazak Integrex e-1060. 5 years minimum continuous experience. Proficient with Unigraphics CAM and Auto Pro, or similar software. Duties will include writing programs for the equipment listed and ability to convert programs from one machine to another. Mazak experience, Manufacturing Engineering and / or Tool Design experience will be looked at favorably.

• CNC MACHINISTS  ^{up to $26.00 per hour & 2nd shift differential of +$3.00 per hour.}

Immediate full time positions available for qualified applicants. Lathes and Mills, requires a minimum of 4 years experience in a job shop machine shop. Must have tools and be able to make set-ups and minor program changes at machine. Position will train on days and transfer to nights after training.

• QUALITY ASSURANCE  ^{1st & 2nd shifts, 2nd shift differential of +$3.00 per hour.}

Requires a minimum 5 years experience performing close tolerance dimensional inspections on precision product. The qualified individual shall have the ability to interpret manufacturing drawings, complete FA inspections and all required documentation. A working knowledge of geometric dimensioning & tolerancing along with quality assurance processes is required. Applicants with FPI certification and CMM operating and programming experience preferred.
